A warm welcome to craft baker Richard Lewis, who has joined the community of craftspeople here at Grandey’s Place. Richard is the owner of Micro Bakery, a sustainably-run heritage craft bakery specialising in small batch, hand-crafted sourdough bread.
His traditional artisan breads and pastries - made on site at Grandey’s Place - are created with flour milled from heritage grains, which provide a superior nutritional profile and unique depth of flavours unmatched by commercial grains.
Richard is passionate about preserving his craft for current and future generations and is committed to passing on his heritage skills to the local community through education and training
